2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be requested through our website, by phone or via WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to therapist and slot availability, and are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking priority.
4. Health Disclosure
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or skin sensitivities before treatment begins. Certain therapies may not be suitable for some health conditions, and our therapists reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment for your safety.
5. Client Conduct
We are committed to a respectful, professional environment for all clients and staff. Any inappropriate behaviour towards our therapists or staff will not be tolerated and may result in the service being terminated without refund.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Prices for treatments are communicated at the time of booking and may be revised from time to time.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide safe, professional therapy, clients undergo treatment at their own risk. Please disclose all relevant health information so our therapists can take appropriate care.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
